White Star Construction transformed an existing 12,500 square foot two story building into an inviting office space for customers and staff. First floor improvements include an office area, lobby and welcome desk, restrooms and break room. The entry was relocated and modifications were made to the exterior for new first floor windows. The site and parking were upgraded to comply with disabled accessibility requirements.

The second floor included upgrades to the common areas for future office space.

Department of Food and Agriculture

White Star constructed 17,732 square feet of office space with a break room, folding partition walls and ADA upgrades. We worked with the State Fire Marshall to build a secured parking enclosure with car charging stations.
